Red Light, Green Light

Should Canada Legalize Prostitution and will it help or worsen the Canadian sex trafficking problem?

On October 18th, Freedom Culture will be co-hosting a documentary screening of what we believe to be one of the most important films a Canadian can see at this time in our country.

Here's the Synopsis:
The plight of those trafficked and those that will be trafficked hangs in the balance as Canada moves toward the legalization of prostitution.
Enter the Film "Red Light Green Light." One of the most important documentaries of our time.
As nations around the globe attempt to fight sex trafficking, many consider legalizing prostitution. Two filmmakers travel across ten countries to explore the issue and attempt to answer the question: "How can we prevent sexual exploitation before it happens in the first place?"

WHEN: OCT.18, 2013

WHAT TIME: Doors Open at 6pm in The Open Door Cafe.  The Open Door Cafe will have live music, along with coffee and desserts for purchase.  Night Light Jewelry will be with us and have handmade jewelry made by sex trafficked survivors.  Freedom Culture will also be there with clothing that takes a stand for Freedom and also donates 10% of all sales towards the cause of ending sex trafficking.  The film will be screened in the main auditorium with a presentation by the film makers Michelle and Jay Brock ofHope For The Sold.
